WINTER WORKOUTS
US9 Baseball’s Winter Workouts program is designed to prepare US9 Prospects recruits physically and mentally for the upcoming baseball season. Coaches work closely with players to improve skills and overall fitness, focusing on a different fundamental each week across 10 weeks.
The main Winter Workouts program consists of 10 Sunday evening sessions lasting 90 minutes each. Workouts run January through mid-March, and weekly start and end times vary per age group. View 13u or 14u workout schedules on their respective calendars. All workouts will be held at Diamond Heroes Baseball in Merrifield (across from Mosaic District).
